Christopher Dadlez, FACHE | President and CEO
- 35+ years of experience leading large complex healthcare organizations in 5 states
- Senior Advisor for Pivot Health Advisors, a health strategy company
- Former President and CEO of Trinity Health of New England, a regional healthcare system whose parent company is Trinity Health of Livonia, Michigan
- Held board and leadership positions in healthcare organizations such as the American Hospital Association, Connecticut Hospital Association, Alliance of Independent Academic Medical Centers and the Association of American Medical Colleges
David Bittner | Chief Financial Officer
- 15+ years of leadership roles in healthcare systems covering 22 states
- Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, and Chief Finance Officer for Trinity Health.
- Oversight of strategic financial planning
- Former audit manager with Ernst & Young, and an audit supervisor at BKD, LLP.
- Certified public accountant, with Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
- Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Mark Downey | Chief Operating Officer
- 30+ years of experience within the health care industry
- Former SVP of privately held radiation oncology device company with oversight responsibilities including HR, QA, RA, Strategic R & D, Strategic Planning, Sales and Marketing
- 18 years with C.R. Bard and served as President of the Bard Urological/Bard Brachytherapy Divisions
Christopher Dodge | VP Business Development
- 25 years of senior leadership experience in radiation oncology market
- 21 years at Varian and Elekta and 4 years at Mevion Medical Systems (Proton Therapy) as VP of Business Development & Customer Financing
- Expertise in all external beam radiation treatments including stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), SBRT, IMRT and proton therapy
- Experience in value-based healthcare and developing strategic funding solutions for healthcare providers to address economically challenging projects.
